AFC Summer Camp Policies and Agenda
Welcome to AFC Karate’s Summer Camp! We are excited and honored to have your
child join us for this year’s Summer Camp. We have a lot of exciting activities planned
for your child to enjoy!
To ensure the safety and wellness of your child, we ask that parents provide the following items for their children:
- Water Bottle
- Proper Fitting Mask
- Spare Mask
- Hand Sanitizer
- Lunch/Lunch Money
- Extra Snacks/Money for Snacks
Summer Camp Policies
AFC Summer Break Cost
- Registration Fee: $250.00 for New Members, $150.00 for Current Members.
- 5 Days/Wk: $329.00
- 3 Days/Wk: $269.00
- 1 Day/Wk: $99.00
Lunch Policy
Food is what gives us the energy to do the things we want and need to do, which is why all students must have either a lunch prepared or lunch money when coming to Summer Camp. If you do not provide a lunch or lunch money for you student, we are able to get provide them lunch at the cost of the food purchased and an additional fee of $5.
Drop Off and Pick Up Policy
AFC is open at 6:30 am, Monday through Friday, and Summer Camp Ends at 4:45 pm. Summer Camp’s Drop-Off time slot is from 6:30 am to 7:30 am; if you know that you will be a little late and may not make that time slot, please contact Master Kim and let him know. To ensure your student’s participation in daily activities, we ask parents to drop off their students at the designated time.
Summer Camp’s Pick up time is from 4:00 pm – 5:15 pm. If your student is still at AFC after 5:15 pm, there will be a late fee of $15 and an additional $5 every 15 minutes after 5:15 pm.
